The great part is - there are some really vicious tackles in that total. Lofton brings the wood.

And Coleman is in 16th with 57 tackles, thats a lot of tackles from our LB's and Secondary.....

He plays in the same conference as Patrick Willis, Jon Beason, and Nick Barnett. Plus guys with name recognition / big market fan bases like Antonio Pierce and Jonathan Vilma.

He is a Pro-Bowl caliber MLB, but the PB is such a popularity contest that you can't really use it as an indicator of ability.

Around here we like to compare him to Tuggle and that isn't at all off the mark. But I think he could be one of the best MLB's in the game in a couple of years. He might dominate like Lewis. Maybe not be as good but be up there. He limped off the field on Monday and came back and played tough. He is a pure leader. Our D can rally around him and will in the future.

Sadly he probably won't even be in the Pro Bowl. Steady solid LB's don't get the attention of the people that run around dancing and screaming all the time like Ray Lewis and Joey Porter.
